Shipping policy

At YahYo’s Juicery, we’re dedicated to delivering fresh, delicious juice right to your door with care and efficiency.

We currently ship within the U.S., using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–4 business days, depending on your location.

To maintain freshness, we ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Thursday will be processed the following Monday to avoid weekend delays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information. If your order is delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other external factors, we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee delivery timelines beyond our control.

Since our products are perishable, we do not offer returns for shipped items unless the order is damaged or incorrect. If there's a problem, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
