PRE-CLEANSE CHECKLIST (2–3 Days Before)
Prepare your body and minimize detox symptoms such as fatigue or headaches by following these tips:
- Eliminate processed foods, sugar, caffeine, dairy, alcohol, and meat
- Focus on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
- Start mornings with warm lemon water
- Gradually reduce portion sizes and eat more plant-based meals
- Hydrate thoroughly throughout the day
DEFROSTING YOUR JUICES
Our juices are frozen immediately after pressing to maintain freshness and nutrition. Here's how to prepare them properly:
- Defrost only one day's worth of juice at a time
- Leave out at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours
- Once mostly thawed, refrigerate overnight
- Do not leave juices out overnight at room temperature
Keep frozen if you are not starting your cleanse right away (juices last up to 3 months frozen)

Drink 16 to 20 oz of water between each juice.
If you feel lightheaded, you may have a few sprouted nuts, cucumber slices, or half an avocado.
DETOX SYMPTOMS
